I often hear owners say:
“I just need to get to $3m or $5m and the business will work.”
Sometimes that’s true.
But often the business would work perfectly well at $2.5m.
If the margins were right.
If the delivery structure was efficient.
If the systems were solid.
Scaling a broken structure is scaling chaos.
Fix the middle of the P&L first.
Then scale.
