Business Advisory for NZ businesses doing over $1m
Strategic Clarity & Focus Session.
Start here
Our Profit Planning Session. Half a day, for owners who know the business can be better but can’t quite put their finger on where to focus first.
We start with you: where you want the business to be and what it looks like today
Then your numbers. P&L and run through the Four Flows (Lead, Sales, Work and Cash) to find where profit can be unblocked for more flow
You leave with the three biggest gaps, a dollar figure on each and a 90-day plan for what to fix first
Works alone or as the start of ongoing advisory

Lead Flow, Sales Flow, Work Flow and Cash Flow. Every business over $1m has one that's blocked at any given time. We find it, fix it and move to the next.

A session fixes one thing and you walk away with the plan. Advisory is regular time with me, working one constraint at a time. Weekly, fortnightly, monthly or quarterly depends on how much support you want.
-
Four hours working through your business with me, in person in Auckland or on Zoom, then a 90-minute Zoom debrief to lock in the plan.

Advisory is where we start. I look at your numbers, name the constraint and tell you what to fix first, with a dollar figure on it. Consulting is when I get hands-on and help you do the fix. Coaching is regular accountability while you run it. Most owners start with advice and add the others when they need them. I've been doing this with NZ owners since 2011.

NZ owner-operated businesses over $1m in revenue, where the owner is still running most of it and profit doesn't reflect the effort.
What's the one thing in the business you keep meaning to fix?
“I was stuck on building a better team, succession and the exit strategy but now I have a plan. Thanks Jung.”
Kevin, Car parts importer
”Can not recommend Jung enough. He is an integral part of our team. He’s so much more than a coach or mentor.”
JP , Cleaning Services
“Jung called out the issues, we hadn’t got to for years. Now we’ve got an extra $25k a month in the bank.”
