“Stop Adding Channels. Fix The Leaks.”

Cashflow gets tight… most owners wanna get more leads.

New ads.

New offers.

New ideas.

New / extra channel(s) eg. Insta, Blog, Meta etc.

But if follow up is weak and admin is messy, more leads just scale chaos.

More volume into a leaky bucket just creates more leaking, not more profit.

Before adding a new channel, ask:

• Are we converting well?

• Are we collecting cash quickly? Maybe we can add a POS.

• Are our numbers clean? Are we actually making acceptable Gross Profit or margin?

If not, sort the backend / Ops first.

Growth is not always new or bigger.

Growth can be optimising and slickness.

Find the leak(s).

Fix it / them.

Then scale.

Ie. Don’t scale chaos.
