Yes - bring your most recent Profit & Loss (P&L) statement. That’s the raw material we’ll use to spot the gaps and opportunities. If you don’t have one ready, I can give you a simple template to pull your numbers together.

Yes. The only ask is a short testimonial if you find it useful. Most people leave with ideas worth $50k or more. I normally charge $1,500 for this session. I offer it free because the best way to show you what I do is to just do it.

$1 - $5m service businesses. Owner-operated, under 25 staff. That's the range where the numbers are real enough to move fast, but the owner is still close enough to the business that one session changes how they see everything.

Most owners find $50k - $150k in opportunities during the session. Sometimes more. Past clients have fixed margin problems, improved cashflow timing, tightened their sales process and stopped money leaving through the gaps they didn't know were there. The number varies. But you'll leave knowing exactly where yours is.
