"The Calendar Doesn't Lie.”
I ask business owners to show me their calendar.
Not because I'm nosy. Because the calendar tells me more about why a business is stuck than the P&L does.
What I usually find: the owner's week is full of delivery, admin, supplier calls, team management, problem-solving. The business is running. But there are almost no sales conversations in the diary.
And then they're surprised revenue isn't growing.
Sales doesn't happen by accident. It happens when someone makes time for it and protects that time from everything else that wants to fill it.
Guess who runs the calendar? You. Guess who decides what gets your best hours? You.
So it comes down to you. Right?
Five real sales conversations a week. Block them in. Protect them. Don't let admin fill the slot.
Over a year that's 250 conversations. The pipeline builds itself.
How many hours did you spend on genuine sales conversations last week?
